What are you struggling with most when it comes to awkwardness and confidence?

Sometimes sharing with others can help lift that burden off of you and let you know that you’re not alone. When I was a teen, it was definitely not knowing what to say in a conversation.

Share in the comments, what do you struggle with most?

By bringing it into the light, you can accept that it’s something you struggle with, and then make a plan to address it.

This blog post is a part of our countdown to the release of my new book It's the Awkwardness for Me. 11 days left! Let's say #byeAwkward.

*EDIT* It's the Awkwardness for Me is now available!

Thank you so much for your advise, i remember that setting up timers really helps a lot in reminding to get back to work. Fortunately, I've completed all my pending research work by waking up and working whole night lol but my routine has got completely off tracked, now trying to get back on track by keeping alarms.
